Blue Summit Supplies presents Made in the Rocket City, a video series showcasing the diverse local business of our hometown - Huntsville, Alabama.
This episode features Light On Yoga Fitness, Huntsville’s most comprehensive yoga studio, located in historic Five Points and offering all manner of yoga for all levels of students.
“We offer power yoga which is more of a workout style, we offer slow and gentle yoga, and we also offer a couple different types of aerial [yoga], too. We have so many new classes on the schedule because really we are the only true, traditional yoga studio in Huntsville, so we want to make sure we immerse ourselves into the community a little more,” says Connor Humphrey, the studio manager for Light On.
Connor also sheds some light on the many benefits of yoga that students carry with them off the mat, including mindfulness, presence, and kindness towards themselves and others. Plus, aerial expert Leisha stuns with a few of her favorite mid-air poses.
